What We Do

Today, we provide investment analysis services to tax incentive consultants, real estate developers and municipal clients to guide cities and developers in their planning and economic development operations.

 

Our ultimate objective is to build software tools for consultants and their municipal and developer clients that will dynamically alter the way tax incentive consulting services are offered in the future. Our current operations as consultants serves as an R&D function to enable us to build and test the tools that will be the best fit for the future buyers of our software product.

 

Our end product will use geospatial analysis and deep learning neural networks to calculate the most efficient economic and financial use of property in order to optimize the decision making of our clients
